V súlade s Nariadením Rady (ES) č. 1346/2000 zo dňa 29. 5. 2000, ako reštrukturalizačný správca dlžníka: METALREZ, spol. s r.o., v reštrukturalizácii, so sídlom: Strojárenská 19, 976 43 Valaská - Piesok, IČO: 36 638 480 (ďalej len „dlžník“), oznamujeme, že uznesením Okresného súdu Banská Bystrica č. k. 2R/3/2013 zo dňa 1.7.2013 bola povolená reštrukturalizácia dlžníka. Uznesenie Okresného súdu Banská Bystrica nadobudlo právoplatnosť dňa 9.7.2013. Týmto dňom bola povolená reštrukturalizácia dlžníka.

According to the Direction of the European Council No. 1346/2000 dated 29th May 2000, as the truste of restructuring of the debtor: our duty is to inform you that with the resolution of the District Court in Banská Bystrica No. 2R/3/2013 dated 1. July 2013 restructuring procedure was declared on the Debtor´s estate. This resolution of the District Court in Banská Bystrica became valid on 9th July 2013. The restructure procedure was declared as of this date.

V zmysle zákona č. 7/2005 Z.z. o konkurze a reštrukturalizácii (ďalej len „ZKR“) veritelia dlžníka sú povinní v lehote 30 dní od povolenia reštrukturalizácie prihlásiť svoje pohľadávky v jednom rovnopise na správcu: KP recovery, k.s., Nám. SNP 17, 974 01 Banská Bystrica, Slovenská republika, k číslu konania 2R/3/2013 a v jednom rovnopise na Okresný súd Banská Bystrica.

According to the Act No. 7/2005 Coll. Bankruptcy and Restructuralization Act (hereinafter only „the BRA“) the creditors of the debtor have to lodge their claims in a time period of 30 days beginning with the declaration of the restructuring procedure in one copy to the truste of restructuring to the address: KP recovery, k.s., Nám. SNP 17, 974 01 Banská Bystrica, Slovenská republika, to the No. 2R 3/2013 and one copy in the District Court Banská Bystrica, Skuteckého 28, 974 01 Banská Bystrica, Slovak Republic.

Toto zverejnenie sa vzťahuje k zahraničným veriteľom, ktorých pobyt a sídlo nie je známe z dokumentov dlžníka.
